Aether ships premium furniture from Foshan to Kazakhstan under a single contract. The catalog rolls quarterly. The team is small, the buying season is short, and every customer ticket touches imagery, copy, sales, ads, and logistics at once.
By Q1 2026 they were running four separate AI vendors — one for product photography, one for chat, one for prospect scraping, one for ads optimization. Each had its own billing, its own quirks, its own outages. The pipeline existed but it didn't flow.
The move
Soufio replaced all four. studio-photo-v3 renders the seasonal catalog in a few hours instead of a week. sales-chat-2 handles inbound in Russian, Kazakh and English — escalating only when the agent's confidence drops below a threshold. scout-extractor pulls B2B prospects from 2GIS and Instagram and writes the first-touch DM through caption-pro. ads-strategist reads the resulting funnel weekly and rotates creatives.
"We replaced four vendors with Soufio. One endpoint, predictable cost, and an SDK that does what the docs say. Our team ships AI features in days, not quarters."
The architecture
The whole stack lives behind a single api.soufio.com token. Their admin panel calls /v1/predictions from React, polls for results, and surfaces the output as an action card. No queues, no orchestrator, no glue code. The same agents drive both their customer-facing Telegram mini-app and the internal CRM.
What's next
Aether is rolling out the Ads Strategist to a second region, and the team is piloting our voice-AI module for outbound call follow-up. The bet is that the entire sales surface — from first DM to closing call — runs as one agent fleet.
